On Board for Sport
This area highlights the opportunities available within our member organisations to volunteer as a Director/Member on their Boards/Committees. These vacancies are often targeted for skills-based Directors and/or individuals who are independent of the Scottish Governing Body. Increasing the diversity of board members is a key ambition.
Board vacancies present excellent opportunities for the development of new/existing skills, meeting new people, new networks and an unrivalled CPD opportunity to make a genuine difference to sport in Scotland. Each vacancy highlights the benefits of and requirements for each post and it should be noted that a detailed knowledge of the specific sport is often not necessary.

Paddle Scotland - Chair of the Board
Paddle Scotland is the governing body for paddlesport in Scotland. We are a membership organisation comprising more than 4,000 individual members including over 2,300 qualified coaches. We have a network of 80+ affiliated clubs and 40 delivery partners throughout Scotland offering a range of paddlesport disciplines.
